At Appare Active, we manufacture each of our products (Women's Tops, T-Shirts, Shirts, Night Wear) in our own factory with the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return or refund the product.
1. Return Window
You can apply for a return or exchange within 28 days from the date of receipt of the product. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any refund or exchange after 28 days. To process your product return, please contact support@appareactive.com.
2. Conditions for Return
To accept a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The original tags and packaging that came with the product must be intact.
- Any item that has been washed or used will not be considered a return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@appareactive.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and details on what to do next.

4. Refunds
- We will inspect your returned item upon receipt.
- You will be notified via email after the inspection to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal).
- It usually takes 10 business days for the refund to be credited (depending on your bank or payment gateway).
5. Exchanges
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace or exchange it for free. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or we have sent the wrong product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Appare Active.
However, if you want to return due to personal preference or ordering the wrong size, the customer may have to bear the return shipping cost.
Remember, even though our original shipping is free, the rules will apply to returns.
